Job summary

TikTok in London seeks a Vertical Strategy Lead for RPCS EUI Content & Services. You will shape regional strategy and align GTM plans across markets, partnering with Sales and Product to surface growth opportunities.

You will build the operating system for vertical specialization—pods, frameworks, enablement, and a consistent reporting cadence—and own cross-vertical programs. This role requires data fluency, strong PMM and cross-functional influence to turn ambiguity into clear, revenue-driving

Qualifications

• Significant experience in strategy and operations.
• Strategy/program role in digital advertising or a platform business or a vertical GTM.
• Track record of XFN teams collaboration and delivering outcomes through influence.
• Strong program management discipline: turns ambiguity into a repeatable operating rhythm.
• Data fluency. Understands the KPI set, challenges a dashboard, and translates numbers into a commercial narrative.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate vertical ownership under a single leader and build the operating system for vertical specialization.
• Create virtual pods, frameworks, enablement engine, and reporting cadence.
• Personally own cross-vertical programs.
