Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Business Planning & Operations professional to drive cross‑functional strategy and operational efficiency. You will partner with Category, Partnerships, Strategy, Governance & Experience and Data Science to translate insights into scalable actions for growth in London and across our global teams.

You will analyze partner segments, refine product selection strategies, and develop playbooks and SOPs to empower partners with data-driven approaches.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience in operational strategy, consulting, or growth analytics.
• Ability to derive actionable insights from large datasets.
• Experience leading cross-team projects with data-driven decisions.
• Strong logical thinking and problem solving.
• Excellent communication across functions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with category managers to design category operation strategies to drive growth.
