Job summary

• Experience in admin/coordination or operations role in retail, e-commerce, logistics or FMCG.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and produce actionable insights.
• Excellent Excel and reporting tool proficiency.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working cross-functionally to resolve operational issues and support delivery.

Responsibilities

• Supports day-to-day vendor performance management, monitoring KPIs and escalating risks or issues.
• Maintains accurate daily reporting and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Analyzes performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, producing insights.
• Coordinates vendor governance activities, including materials preparation and action tracking.
• Supports onboarding, lifecycle management, and catalogue accuracy.
• Acts as a first point of contact for vendor and internal queries, managing communication and escalation.
• Supports resolution of operational issues by coordinating cross-functional input across Supply Chain, Finance, CS, Tech, and Category teams.
• Manages customer-impacting issues (e.g. WISMO) and RCA/CAPA processes.
