Job summary

Screwfix Direct Ltd. is seeking a Commercial Process & Compliance Professional to support governance, documentation and delivery of key initiatives across Retail Operations.

The role turns business requirements into clear processes, operating standards and actionable insights while coordinating across stores, Central Operations and support functions. You will work in a hybrid model, contributing to governance, risk and improvement activities and ensuring changes are embedded and communicated

Qualifications

• Experience in retail operations, compliance, continuous improvement or project support.
• Proficiency with Excel and Power BI for reporting and trend analysis.
• Strong organisation and project coordination skills; able to manage actions through to completion.

Responsibilities

• Maintain process documentation, guidance, procedures and operating standards.
• Produce regular reports, dashboards and performance updates.
• Coordinate governance, audit and compliance activities.
• Support planning, testing and implementation of process improvements.
• Provide administrative and coordination support across initiatives and projects.
