Qualifications

• Experience in admin/co-ordination or operations in retail, e-commerce, logistics, or FMCG.
• Strong data interpretation, trend spotting, and actionable insights.
• Excellent Excel and reporting tool skills with data sets and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Supports day-to-day vendor performance management, tracking KPIs and escalating risks.
• Maintains daily reporting and dashboards with data integrity for stakeholders.
• Coordinates governance activities, onboarding, and issue resolution with cross-functional teams.
• Manages supplier enablement, training, and process adherence across systems.
