Job summary

Screwfix Direct Ltd is seeking a change-focused professional to identify, prioritise and deliver end-to-end process improvements across Stockless Fulfilment and related flows. You will redesign processes for efficiency, reduce waste and manual effort, and use data-driven insight to drive automation and measurable benefits, with governance to embed changes into daily operations.

Reporting to the Operations & Development Manager, the role is hybrid with flexible start/end times and up to 2 days

Qualifications

• Identify, prioritise and deliver end-to-end process improvements across Stockless Fulfilment and related operational flows.
• Lead the redesign of processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste and manual effort, and enhance customer experience through data-driven insight, continuous improvement methodologies and automation opportunities.
• Ensure measurable benefits realisation, robust governance and compliance, and embedding changes into BUA operations.
• Work cross-functionally to drive standardised ways of working, strengthen optimisation and foster operational excellence.

Responsibilities
