Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a VELYS Clinical Trainer in the UK to lead clinical and technical support for robotic knee procedures. You will work with surgeons and nursing teams during the Hypercare period, ensuring a smooth transition to robotic-assisted surgery.

You will partner with Joints Team and Regional Sales Manager to drive adoption, provide hands-on training, and stay ahead of robotic innovations in orthopaedics.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree is required.
• Experience with Joint Reconstruction in Hips/Knees is preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 50% is required.

Responsibilities

• Act as the VRAS product expert, presenting solutions to NHS and private healthcare stakeholders.
• Manage installation logistics and provide technical service for a smooth customer experience.
• Support VELYS accounts to drive usage and case turnover.
• Guide surgical teams through initial robotic procedures and share best practices.
• Deliver comprehensive training to hospital departments including sterile processing and engineering.
• Collaborate with local team to ensure training and coverage post-Hypercare period.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, competitors, and robotic innovations.
• Support rollout of new software updates and product lines.
• Troubleshoot technical challenges as first line of service for complex issues.
• Build lasting customer relationships and provide expert guidance throughout the journey.
