Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a VELYS Clinical Trainer in the UK to lead clinical training and onboarding for robotic knee solutions. You will work with surgeons, nurses, and hospital staff to ensure seamless adoption of VRAS and ongoing clinical support during initial procedures.

You will partner with the Joints and Capital Sales teams to drive adoption, deliver training across departments, and stay ahead of industry innovations in robotic orthopaedics.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering clinical training and coaching for surgical teams.
• Strong knowledge of robotic-assisted procedures and hospital workflows.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build trust with clinicians and administrators.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation and onboarding of the VRAS system.
• Provide clinical and technical support during initial procedures.
• Train hospital departments including sterile processing and engineering teams.
• Support promotional activities at local and national events.
• Collaborate with Joints and Capital Sales teams to drive adoption.
• Represent the VELY and stay ahead of robotic innovations.
