Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Services seeks a VELYS Clinical Trainer to lead VRAS system installation, onboarding, and initial procedure support, collaborating with surgeons, nurses and the Joints Team. You will drive customer adoption through hands-on training and expert, clinical guidance.

The role requires travel up to 50%, strong communication, and deep knowledge of knee arthroplasty and robotic-assisted technologies.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• Demonstrate aptitude in technical skills and medical software/digital tools.
• Experience with Joint Reconstruction in Hips/Knees preferred.
• Exposure to capital equipment and regulatory environments.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and work across NHS and private sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation and onboarding of the VRAS system.
• Provide clinical and technical support during initial procedures.
• Build relationships with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders and onboard customers.
• Support promotional activities at local and national congresses/events.
• Act as VRAS product expert to present solutions to stakeholders across healthcare.
