Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a VELYS Clinical Trainer to lead clinical and technical onboarding for robotic knee procedures. You will work directly with surgeons and nursing teams during Hypercare, ensuring a seamless transition to robotic-assisted surgery and delivering outstanding post-installation support.

The role requires knowledge of orthopaedics, strong communication, and travel across the UK to support customers at hospitals and events.

Qualifications

Strong clinical and technical understanding of orthopaedics and robotic‑assisted technologies.
Ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders, including surgeons and nurses.
Willingness to travel up to 50% and drive customer adoption of new robotics solutions.

Responsibilities

Act as VRAS product expert and present solutions to NHS and private healthcare stakeholders.
Manage installation logistics and provide technical service for a smooth customer experience.
Support VELYS accounts to drive usage and turnover rates.
Guide surgical teams through initial robotic procedures and share best practices.
Deliver comprehensive training to hospital departments and engineering teams.
Collaborate with Field Service Engineers and Digital Surgery partners to ensure unified support.
Represent the VELYS solution at local and national congresses and events.
