Johnson & Johnson MedTech seeks a highly motivated VELYS Clinical Trainer to drive robotic-assisted knee replacement adoption. You will work directly with surgeons and theatre staff, delivering hands-on training during Hypercare periods and ensuring smooth transitions to robotic procedures.

The role requires strong clinical communication, a solid understanding of knee arthroplasty, and the ability to travel up to 50% across the NHS and private sectors.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to communicate complex clinical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strong knowledge of knee arthroplasty and robotic-assisted technologies.
• Experience delivering clinical training and on-site support.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% across NHS/private settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation and onboarding of VRAS system with surgeons and nursing teams.
• Provide clinical and technical support during initial robotic procedures.
• Train hospital staff, including sterile processing and engineering teams.
• Collaborate with Field Service Engineers and Sales teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
• Represent the VELYS solution at local and national events to support promotions.
