Hawk Hiring LTD seeks an experienced Vehicle Technician / Car Mechanic in Weston-super-Mare to join a respected independent team. The role involves servicing, repairs, and diagnostics using modern tooling to achieve reliable, safe first-time fixes.

Based in Weston-super-Mare, the workshop serves a multi-site network and offers a stable weekday schedule, ongoing training, and a supportive team culture in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 (or City & Guilds/time-served equivalent) in vehicle maintenance.
• F-Gas certification preferred.
• Full UK driving licence essential; MOT Tester licence preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine vehicle servicing, tyre replacement, braking system maintenance, and general mechanical repairs.
• Utilize up-to-date diagnostic tools to fault-find and resolve technical and electrical issues.
• Maintain high-quality first-time fix results while adhering to safety guidelines.
• Work productively to complete repairs accurately and keep the workshop operating smoothly.
• Collaborate with a skilled team of mechanics to uphold high standards of fast, reliable service.
