This role involves the daily delivery of technical training in vehicle maintenance, adhering to curriculum guidelines and creating a secure training setting. Prior teaching experience is not required, as comprehensive training will be provided, leading to the attainment of a Level 4 teaching qualification.

The Role

• Deliver training in vehicle maintenance, utilizing curriculum and training materials, while ensuring a safe learning environment.
• Develop and update course content, incorporating new technologies, and maintain accurate records of trainee assessments. Design assessments, examinations, and continuous evaluations, and invigilate examinations, contributing to effective technical education in the Initial Trade Training Department.
• Full training on teaching and course content. Level 4 teaching qualification fully funded with a pay increase after qualification.
