Holdcroft Renault in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician / Mechanic to service, maintain and repair vehicles to manufacturer standards. You will diagnose faults, work with the team, and liaise with customers as needed.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 qualified in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent).
• Experienced working within a workshop environment.
• Confident in diagnostic and mechanical repair work.
• Hold a valid UK driving licence.
• MOT Licence preferred but not essential.
• Able to work effectively towards both team and individual targets.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs to manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose faults and complete accurate repair work efficiently.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high level of quality and safety.
• Liaise confidently with customers regarding technical issues when required.
• Work collaboratively with the wider technical team to meet performance targets.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Follow all manufacturer and company procedures and guidelines.
