Job summary

Holdcroft Motor Group in Crewe is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician/Mechanic to join the team. You will service, maintain and repair vehicles to manufacturer standards using the latest tools and factory training.

The role offers a clear path for progression, ongoing manufacturer training, and a supportive, collaborative environment. A strong earnings potential with uncapped commission and up to 60k+ OTE is highlighted.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent).
• Experience working in a workshop environment.
• Confident in diagnostic and mechanical repair work.
• MOT Licence preferred but not essential.
• UK driving licence held.

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs to manufacturer standards.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high quality level.
• Collaborate with the technical team to meet performance targets.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Follow manufacturer and company procedures and guidelines.

Your role:

• Carry out general servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs to manufacturer standards
• Ensure all work is completed to a high level of quality and safety

• Follow all manufacturer and company procedures and guidelines

About You:

• NVQ Level 3 qualified in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
• Experienced working within a workshop environment
• Confident in diagnostic and mechanical repair work

• Able to work effectively towards both team and individual targets
