Job summary

Holdcroft is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician / Mechanic to join our Crewe team. You will perform servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs to manufacturer standards and work as part of a collaborative technical team.

We provide training, latest tools and a clear path for progression with a competitive salary and potential to earn via training-linked progression. A strong work ethic and UK driving licence are essential.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent.
• Experience working in a workshop environment.
• Confident in diagnostic and mechanical repair work.
• UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs to manufacturer standards.
• Ensure all work is completed to high quality and safety standards.

You will play a key role in supporting the technical team by carrying out servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs to a high standard, in line with manufacturer specifications. Your role:

• Carry out general servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs to manufacturer standards
• Ensure all work is completed to a high level of quality and safety
• Work collaboratively with the wider technical team to meet performance targets
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Follow all manufacturer and company procedures and guidelines

  About You
  • NVQ Level 3 qualified in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
  • Experienced working within a workshop environment
  • Confident in diagnostic and mechanical repair work
  • MOT Licence holder (preferred but not essential)
  • Hold a valid UK driving licence
  • Able to work effectively towards both team and individual targets
