Job summary

Holdcroft Motor Group is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician/Mechanic for Hyundai at Cheshire Oaks. You will service, maintain, and repair vehicles to manufacturer standards, using latest tools and manufacturer-led training.

The role offers a highly competitive salary (£35k–£42k base) with uncapped commission, 31 days holiday, and opportunities for career progression in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent.
• Experience working in a workshop environment.
• Confident with diagnostic and mechanical repair work.
• MOT Licence holder (preferred but not essential).
• Hold a valid UK driving licence.
• Able to work towards both team and individual targets.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs to manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose faults and complete accurate repair work efficiently.
• Ensure all work is of high quality and safety.
• Liaise with customers regarding technical issues when required.
• Work with the wider technical team to meet performance targets.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Follow all manufacturer and company procedures and guidelines.

Your role
