Our client, a reputable franchise-approved car dealership in North Bristol, is seeking a fully qualified Vehicle Technician to join their busy Service Department.

Working hours
- Working hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, with 1 in 3 Saturdays 8:30am-1:00pm paid as overtime
Duties of the Vehicle Technician:
- Conduct fault diagnosis, service, and repair in line with manufacturer standards
- Accurate diagnosis of vehicle faults and reporting of vehicle condition, safety, reliability, and performance
- Adhere strictly to quality procedures and manufacturer guidelines at all times
- Work efficiently within a busy dealership environment, ensuring high standards of work
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with team membersSupport workshop operations and contribute to achieving team targets
- Maintain high levels of customer service and professionalism at all times
- Possession of an active MOT licence is highly advantageous; full training will be provided if required
Requirements of the Vehicle Technician:
- Qualified Vehicle Technician with IMI/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
- Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
- Proven experience working in a franchise-approved dealership or similar environment
- Ability to produce high-quality work under pressure
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Motivated, reliable, and committed to professional development
- Ideally hold an MOT licence; however, training will be provided for individuals without one
