Ideal candidates will have IMI/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent and a valid UK driving licence, with previous franchise dealership experience. The role offers a competitive salary with progression, a comprehensive training pathway, and a robust benefits package.

• Valid UK driving licence with minimal points.
• Experience in a franchise-approved dealership or similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fault diagnosis, service and repair to manufacturer standards.
• Accurate diagnosis of vehicle faults and reporting of vehicle condition, safety, reliability, and performance.
• Adhere to quality procedures and manufacturer guidelines at all times.
• Work efficiently in a busy dealership environment, maintaining high standards of work.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with team members; support workshop operations and targets.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and professionalism.
• Possession of an active MOT licence is advantageous; training offered if required.

Our client, a reputable franchise-approved car dealership in North Bristol, is seeking a fully qualified Vehicle Technician to join their busy Service Department.

• Starting salary up to £42,000 per annum, negotiable depending on experience
• Performance-related bonus with uncapped on-target earnings exceeding £48,000 per annum

Working hours

• Working hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, with 1 in 3 Saturdays 8:30am-1:00pm paid as overtime

Duties of the Vehicle Technician:
