Our client, a reputable and well-established multi-franchise approved car dealership in Cardiff, is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their friendly and professional team.

The successful Vehicle Technician will reports directly to the Workshop Manager and will be integral to maintaining high standards of vehicle servicing, fault diagnosis, and repairs.

Duties:
- Conduct fault diagnosis, servicing, and repairs on a range of vehicle makes and models
- Accurately diagnose vehicle faults and report findings to the Service Manager
- Complete repairs and maintenance in accordance with manufacturer standards
- Ensure all work complies with health & safety procedures and quality standards
- Carry out MOT testing to a high standard (Class 4 MOT qualification preferred but not essential)
- Support the workshop team in achieving targets and delivering excellent customer service
- Maintain detailed service and repair records for each vehicle
- Uphold dealership professionalism and customer satisfaction at all times
Requirements:
- IMI / NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
- At least 2-3 years' post-qualification practical experience as a Vehicle Technician
- Class 4 MOT licence is highly desirable
- Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
- Reliable, proactive, and a team player
- Ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and professional development
- Living within a reasonable commute of Cardiff or in the local area
