Overview

This Vehicle Technician role is Monday to Friday with a salary of £31,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience plus bonus. You will be joining the team of a dealer of new and used cars based in Uckfield.

Responsibilities

• Diagnostics and major repairs that include cambelts, clutches, gearbox and engine removals.
• Routine servicing and repairs that include tyres, brakes, suspension etc.
• Carrying out vehicle health checks including videos of customer’s vehicles.

Requirements

• Experience with a wide range of vehicles - Preferably across different makes and models such as Vauxhall, Suzuki, Fiat & Leapmotor.
• Diagnostic expertise - Ability to use modern diagnostic tools and software to identify faults quickly and accurately.
• Mechanical repair competence - Skilled in carrying out major repairs such as cambelts, clutches, gearbox and engine removals.
