Job summary

McLaren Automotive is seeking a senior Software & EE Architecture leader to deliver vehicle software within the Feature Implementation Plan. You will work in a matrix structure, plan and deliver parallel projects, and ensure alignment with the McLaren Development Process.

Responsibilities include managing all software/EE targets, delivering on KPI milestones, and guiding technical decisions with business cases. Strong cross-functional collaboration and robust problem solving are essential.

Qualifications

Proven project leadership delivering automotive software programmes.
Experience with APQP/ASPICE or similar framework.
Knowledge of DFMEA and automotive environments.
Knowledge of automotive communication protocols (Ethernet/CAN/LIN).

Responsibilities

Manage all Software & EE Architecture targets and deliverables across vehicle programme.
Deliver systems in line with targets, KPIs, milestones per MDP.
Define and deliver the feature implementation plan (FIP) with programme management.
Create software platform plan and cascade requirements to engineers.
Monitor platform maturity and timing to keep on schedule.
Lead system-level root cause analysis with cross-functional teams.
Be the primary contact for the Software & EE Architecture programme.
