Job summary

McLaren Racing is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to lead the development and execution of Manufacturing Engineering practices. You will drive improvements in project management, safety, quality and cost management while coordinating with expert teams across the business.

This role includes planning, budgeting and delivering all program objectives from inception to series production. Ideal candidates will have a mechanical/automotive engineering background and experience with vehicle

Qualifications

Degree in mechanical / automotive engineering or equivalent experience.
Experience leading manufacturing engineering programs from inception to Series production.
Strong understanding of process mapping, PFMEA and line balancing.

Responsibilities

Lead development and execution of Manufacturing Engineering practices across projects.
Drive improvement in Project Management, Safety, Quality and Cost Management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver program milestones on time.
Manage budgets and support Future Model department planning and delivery.
