Job summary

McLaren Automotive Ltd. seeks a Project Engineer - Infrastructure Electronics to join our Hardware Electronics team. You will be technically responsible for electrical module development, manage interfaces, and act as component owner for ECUs, guiding from concept through production.

You will lead verification, work with suppliers, and support prototype and mule vehicle activities, ensuring quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive electrical/electronic systems design and integration.
• Ability to generate and approve technical specifications and manage suppliers.
• Experience with full product lifecycle from concept to production.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of electrical/electronic systems across the project lifecycle.
• Manage verification and validation activities including FMEA, test planning, and sign-off.
• Coordinate suppliers and cross-functional stakeholders for quality and timely delivery.
• Support prototype and lab vehicle development through validation.
• Represent Electrical Engineering in reviews, forums, and supplier engagements.
