Job summary

Arnold Clark Group is recruiting a Service Advisor for our Vauxhall branch in Livingston. You will deliver outstanding customer service, coordinate with workshops, and manage service and repair processes to ensure customer satisfaction.

The role is a full-time position with 8am–5.30pm, Monday to Friday and some Saturday mornings, offering a supportive environment with opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• A full UK driving licence is required.
• Strong IT literacy and ability to use workshop IT systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a busy workshop environment.
• Ability to prioritise workload and work within defined processes.

Responsibilities

• Handle all customer requirements for service and vehicle repairs promptly and professionally.
• Liaise with the workshop and bodyshop to progress work through the system.
• Manage computer-based jobs, purchasing and invoice processes while protecting customer and company interests.
• Inform customers of faults or repairs and provide clear, accurate solutions.
• Maintain customer records and service histories accurately.
