Job summary

Perrys Motor Sales Ltd is seeking a Service Administrator to be the key contact for customers in the aftersales function. You will help ensure vehicles are serviced or repaired smoothly, advise on aftersales products, and support the customer journey with a focus on People First values.

We value a full UK driving licence, strong communication, and a willingness to work Saturdays on a rota. Training and development support will be provided to help you grow within the business.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills with the ability to listen to customers’ needs and engage with people.
• Care passionately and commit to doing the right thing for customers, treating them fairly.

Responsibilities

• Book in customers and arrange courtesy cars.
• Discuss the details of the service or repair with customers.
• Advise customers on aftersales products that suit their driving needs.
• Resolve customer queries to ensure a smooth service experience.
