Job summary

Dorchester Car Dealership in Dorchester is seeking a motivated Vehicle Service Administrator to join the Aftersales team. You will handle incoming bookings, provide quotes, and book loan cars or collection appointments, while ensuring accurate records are kept for vehicles and customers.

• Excellent communication and telephone skills.

Job description

Vehicle Administrator needed by Dorchester based Car Dealership.

Hour:

Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm

Any Saturdays will be paid as overtime

Package:

We are currently working with a motor garage in the Dorchester area who is looking to recruit a Vehicle Service Administrator.

The role is to work in the Aftersales department to support the front-line team.

Service Administrator Role

• Taking incoming booking calls, providing service quotes, and reserving loan cars / collection appointments

• Supporting front-line staff with administration duties

About you

• Ideally you will have experience in a similar position, within the motor trade and preferably with Kerridge computer system knowledge.
• You will be enthusiastic, self-motivated, and wanting to deliver your best. The role requires someone who has strong selling skills, as you will be required to promote services and previously unsold work to customers.
