Job summary

Jago Consultants is recruiting on behalf of a prestigious Main Dealer to join their Aftersales team as a Service Administrator. The role focuses on supporting front-line staff within Aftersales, handling bookings, quotes, and record updates.

You will take incoming calls, prepare paperwork for appointments, and make outbound calls to follow up on customer visits and order parts. Excellent communication and selling skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Service Administrator with Kerridge/ADP.
• Strong selling skills to promote services and unsold work.
• Excellent communication and telephone skills.

Responsibilities

• Taking incoming booking calls, providing service quotes, and reserving loan cars / collection appointments
• Raising paper work / job packs in preparation of customer’s appointments
• Making outbound calls for: VHC follow-up to appoint customers, make booking appointments for specially ordered parts
• Updating vehicle and customer records
• Supporting front-line staff with administration duties
