Job summary

Renault Retail Group UK Ltd. in Enfield is seeking a Vehicle Progressor / Handover Specialist to coordinate vehicle preparation and customer handovers, ensuring a smooth experience from sale to collection.

Working with the sales team, you will manage vehicle presentation, documentation, and showroom standards while delivering a professional, organised service that supports both customers and dealership operations.

Qualifications

• Experience as Vehicle Progressor or similar automotive support role
• Customer-focused and professional approach
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks
• Clear communication skills
• Confident with established processes and procedures

Responsibilities

• Progress vehicle orders from point of sale through to customer handover
• Ensure vehicles are prepared and presented to dealership standards prior to collection
• Welcome customers and support handover appointments
• Liaise with customers and sales colleagues to ensure a smooth customer journey
• Coordinate vehicle preparation and accessory fitting in line with customer orders
• Support the preparation, presentation, and online marketing of used vehicle stock, including vehicle photography
• Maintain demonstration and display vehicle standards in line with dealership requirements
• Process vehicle handover documentation accurately and efficiently
• Support the administration of ECOS/ECOP vehicle handovers and returns
• Manage vehicle keys, parking arrangements, and vehicle movements around the site
• Maintain high standards of organisation, housekeeping, attendance, and professional presentation
• Report vehicle damage, site hazards, or Health & Safety concerns promptly
• Undertake driving and other duties that support the efficient operation of the dealership
