Renault Retail Group is looking for a Vehicle Progressor / Handover Specialist to join our team at Renault Enfield.
This is a varied role that combines vehicle progression, customer handovers, sales administration, and vehicle presentation, helping to ensure every customer receives a professional and well-organised experience from purchase through to collection.
Working closely with the New Car Sales Manager, Used Car Sales Manager and other members of the Sales Team, you'll support the smooth operation of the department by coordinating vehicle preparation, maintaining presentation standards, and delivering a positive customer experience throughout the handover process.

Previous experience within a franchised dealership environment would be beneficial but is not essential.
For the right individual, this role also provides valuable exposure to the day-to-day operation of a busy franchised dealership sales department. You'll gain experience working alongside Sales Executives and Sales Managers, developing an understanding of customer handovers, lead management, vehicle sales processes, digital sales tools, and the wider customer journey. As a result, this position can provide an excellent foundation for candidates who may wish to pursue a future career in automotive sales.
A full UK driving licence (manual and automatic vehicles) is essential for this role.
