Job summary

Renault Retail Group at Renault Enfield is seeking a Vehicle Progressor / Handover Specialist to support the sales team. You will manage vehicle progression, ensure presentation standards, and assist with customer handovers from purchase through to collection.

You will work closely with the New Car and Used Car Sales Managers, coordinating preparation, maintaining standards, and delivering a smooth customer journey throughout handovers. Driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Vehicle Progressor, Handover Specialist, Vehicle Administrator, Vehicle Valeter, or similar automotive support role.
• Customer-focused and professional approach.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Progress vehicle orders from sale to handover.
• Ensure vehicles are prepared and presented to dealership standards.
• Welcome customers and support handover appointments.
• Coordinate vehicle preparation and accessory fitting to order specs.
• Support photography and online presentation of used stock.
