Job summary

Renault Retail Group in Enfield is seeking a Vehicle Progressor / Handover Specialist to manage vehicle progression, customer handovers, and sales administration from purchase to collection.

You'll work with the New/Used Car Sales teams to coordinate preparation, presentation, and handover documentation, while maintaining high standards of organisation and customer care. Full UK driving licence required; 40 hours weekly, £26,437 per year.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Vehicle Progressor, Handover Specialist, Vehicle Administrator, Vehicle Valeter, or similar automotive support role
• A customer-focused and professional approach
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks
• Clear communication skills
• Confidence working within established processes and procedures
• A positive and collaborative approach to supporting colleagues and customers

Responsibilities

• Progress vehicle orders from point of sale through to customer handover
• Ensure vehicles are prepared and presented to dealership standards prior to collection
• Welcome customers and support handover appointments
• Liaise with customers and sales colleagues to ensure a smooth customer journey
• Coordinate vehicle preparation and accessory fitting in line with customer orders
• Support the preparation, presentation, and online marketing of used vehicle stock, including vehicle photography
• Maintain demonstration and display vehicle standards in line with dealership requirements
• Process vehicle handover documentation accurately and efficiently
• Support the administration of ECOS/ECOP vehicle handovers and returns
• Manage vehicle keys, parking arrangements, and vehicle movements around the site
• Maintain high standards of organisation, housekeeping, attendance, and professional presentation
• Report vehicle damage, site hazards, or Health & Safety concerns promptly
• Undertake driving and other duties that support the efficient operation of the dealership
