Job summary

Big Motoring World is seeking a dedicated Handover Advisor to ensure a smooth customer experience at collection. You will present a professional front, coordinate appointment and tax tasks, and verify all paperwork is complete and accurate to support a seamless handover.

You will check vehicles to required standards, explain driving and safety details, and aim to build long-term customer relationships through excellent service and timely communication.

Responsibilities

• Keep customers informed of transaction progress and arrange appointments.
• Ensure vehicles are checked and prepared to the required standard before collection.
• Verify paperwork and funds are complete and correct.
• Assist with online tax tasks and insurance options for customers.
• Hand over the vehicle and explain information to ensure customer safety and satisfaction.
• Present the Gard X Kit when included in the order.
• Complete paperwork for any Part Exchange as applicable.
• Build relationships with customers to encourage Trustpilot reviews and repeat business.
• Complete paperwork tasks accurately and promptly.
