Job summary

Renault Enfield is seeking a Vehicle Progressor / Handover Specialist to join our Sales Support Team. You will coordinate vehicle progression, prepare vehicles to dealership standards, welcome customers, and manage handover appointments to ensure a smooth, professional experience from purchase through collection.

Working closely with Sales Managers, you will support vehicle presentation, photography, and administrative tasks related to handovers, ensuring accurate documentation and efficient

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Vehicle Progressor, Handover Specialist, Vehicle Administrator or similar automotive support role.
• Customer-focused and professional approach.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks.
• Clear communication skills.
• Experience in a franchised dealership environment is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Progress vehicle orders from point of sale through to customer handover.
• Ensure vehicles are prepared and presented to dealership standards prior to collection.
• Welcome customers and support handover appointments.
• Liaise with customers and sales colleagues to ensure a smooth customer journey.
• Coordinate vehicle preparation and accessory fitting in line with orders.
• Support the presentation and online marketing of used vehicle stock, including photography.
• Maintain demonstration and display vehicle standards.
• Process handover documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Support ECOS/ECOP vehicle handovers and returns administration.
• Manage vehicle keys, parking, and vehicle movements around the site.
• Maintain high standards of organisation, attendance, and professional presentation.
• Report vehicle damage, site hazards, or Health & Safety concerns promptly.
• Undertake driving and other duties to support dealership operations.
