Job summary

Renault Romford is seeking a Vehicle Progressor to join our sales support team. You will manage vehicle progression from order to handover, coordinate preparation and scheduling, and assist with customer handovers to ensure a polished customer experience at Renault Romford.

You will work with the General Sales Manager and sales team to support vehicle presentation, marketing activities and compliant documentation. A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Progress vehicle orders from sale to customer handover.
• Coordinate vehicle preparation and handover scheduling.
• Welcome customers and support handover appointments.
• Support vehicle presentation, photography and online marketing.
• Maintain standards for demonstration, display and used vehicles.
• Process handover documentation (ECOS/ECOP) and paperwork.
• Manage vehicle keys, parking and vehicle movements on site.
• Maintain high standards of organisation, presentation and Health & Safety.
