Job summary

Renault Retail Group in Romford is seeking a Vehicle Progressor to join our Sales Support Team. The role combines vehicle progression, handovers, sales administration and presentation to ensure a professional customer experience from purchase through to collection.

You will work with the General Sales Manager and team to prepare vehicles, support handovers, and maintain vehicle standards while developing a career in automotive sales.

Location: Renault Romford (RM3)
Salary: £26,437 pa
Hours: 40 hours per week

Join Our Sales Support Team

Renault Retail Group is looking for a Vehicle Progressor to join our team at Renault Romford.

This is a varied role that combines vehicle progression, customer handovers, sales administration and vehicle presentation, helping to ensure every customer receives a professional and well-organised experience from purchase through to collection.

Working closely with the General Sales Manager and wider Sales Team, you'll help ensure vehicles are prepared, customers are supported and handovers are delivered to a high standard.

The role also offers exposure to the operation of a busy franchised dealership sales department and may appeal to candidates interested in developing a future career in automotive sales.

What You'll Do

• Progress vehicle orders from point of sale through to customer handover

What We're Looking For

We're keen to hear from candidates with experience in vehicle progression, vehicle administration, handover activities, vehicle preparation or similar automotive support roles.

You'll ideally demonstrate:

Previous experience within a franchised dealership environment would be beneficial but is not essential.

Licence Requirement

A full UK driving licence (manual and automatic vehicles) is essential for this role.

Hours & Pay

This role is based on a 40-hour working week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break.

Basic salary is £26,437 pa.
