Job summary

Renault Retail Group in Romford is seeking a Vehicle Progressor to join our Sales Support Team. The role combines vehicle progression, handovers, sales administration and presentation to ensure a professional customer experience from purchase through to collection.

You will work with the General Sales Manager and team to prepare vehicles, support handovers, and maintain vehicle standards while developing a career in automotive sales.

Responsibilities

• Progress vehicle orders from point of sale through to customer handover.
• Coordinate vehicle preparation, accessory fitting and handover scheduling.
• Welcome customers and support handover appointments.
• Support vehicle presentation, photography and online marketing activity.
• Maintain demonstration, display and used vehicle standards.
• Process vehicle handover, ECOS/ECOP and related administrative documentation.
• Manage vehicle keys, parking arrangements and vehicle movements across the site.
• Maintain high standards of organisation, presentation, housekeeping and Health & Safety compliance.
