Job summary

Fish Brothers Ltd Swindon is recruiting a Vehicle Preparation Controller for our Acorn Fleet Centre in Fleet. You will schedule work for Technicians across Toyota, Kia, Omoda, Jaecoo, Chery and Lepas, book jobs into our data systems, print and allocate job cards, and handle Number Plates and invoicing for completed work.

You will also create, issue and invoice warranty work when required on new vehicles. You will lead 3–4 Technicians and work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor or Sales Controller is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Drive and Google Sheets would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Schedule work for Technicians at the Fleet Centre by liaising with Sales Departments for multiple brands.
• Book work into internal data systems, print/allocate job cards, and issue Number Plates.
• Create, issue and invoice warranty work on new vehicles as required.
• Manage 3–4 Technicians across the brands mentioned.
