Job summary

Fish Brothers is recruiting a Vehicle Preparation Controller at the Acorn Fleet Centre in Swindon. The role involves scheduling technician work, liaising with Toyota, Kia, Omoda, Jaecoo, Chery and Lepas, booking tasks in our data systems, and preparing plates and invoices for completed work.

You will manage 3-4 Technicians and may handle warranty invoicing as required. Drive and Google Sheets knowledge are advantageous for this position.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling workflow for technicians is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Drive and Google Sheets would be advantageous.
• Previous Service Advisor or Sales Controller experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Schedule Sales work for Technicians at the Fleet Centre by liaising with Sales Departments.
• Book work into internal data management systems and allocate job cards.
• Print and issue Number Plates, and invoice completed work; handle warranty invoicing when needed.
• Oversee 3-4 Technicians across multiple brands.
