Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group in Watford is seeking a detail-oriented Vehicle Operations Case Handler for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role is hybrid, requiring in-office presence at least two days per week, with initial training in-office 5 days a week. Salary is £31,380 per year plus benefits.

The successful candidate will manage vehicle operation cases, coordinate with maintenance controllers, and ensure timely case resolutions while maintaining high service levels.

Qualifications

• Experience of building and manage relationships with internal/external customers and suppliers.
• Leverage these relationships to ensure an optimised level of service delivery and cost reduction.
• Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritise tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support for service, maintenance and warranty tasks.
• Work with partners and internal teams to help the Vehicle Operations team achieve targets.
• Interact with Maintenance Controllers to supervise, review and handle ongoing and problematic cases, investigate issues and resolve supplier issues.
• Manage internal communications regarding problematic and ongoing vehicle cases to the wider business.
• Prepare weekly case summaries for the Head of Vehicle Operations and ensure rental vehicles issued are managed and recovered where possible.
