Job summary

Driveway Vehicle Solutions in the United Kingdom is seeking a Maintenance Controller (Hybrid) to oversee service maintenance events, manage costs, and ensure timely repairs. You will engage with dealers, garages and suppliers to maintain uptime and performance across a dynamic fleet.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of the motor trade and repairs.
• Ability to communicate between team members, customers and suppliers.
• 5+ years workshop experience or NVQ/City & Guild equivalent desirable.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage all service maintenance and repair events.
• Manage costs associated towards Service, Maintenance & Repairs.
• Monitor supplier breakdown portal to capture unplanned SMR events and conclude.
• Track trend types and make informed commercial decisions.
• Chase vehicles using 1link system and authorise work with set SLA’s.
