Job summary

Based in Watford, Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a Delivery Management Advisor to join the Order and Delivery Team. The role involves supporting customer service, coordinating drivers, and liaising with dealers to ensure timely car deliveries while aiming to exceed monthly targets.

Hybrid working is available, with at least three days per week in the Watford office. During training, new starters may be in the office five days a week to gain full competence.

Responsibilities

• Support the Order and Delivery Team in all interactions with drivers and dealers.
• Ensure timely delivery and excellent customer service across the car delivery process.
• Proactively chase responses and coordinate tasks to complete interactions.
• Contribute to meeting monthly delivery targets and KPIs.
• Assist with training and on-boarding during the start period.
