Jago Consultants are recruiting for a Vehicle Service Administrator on behalf of a Havant/Portsmouth area car dealership. The role sits in Aftersales, supporting the front-line team with service bookings, quotes and administrative tasks.

The successful candidate will have motor trade exposure, experience with Kerridge, and strong communication skills to promote services and previously unsold work to customers.

Competenze

• Experience in a similar role within the motor trade preferred.
• Strong communication and telephone skills; able to promote services and sold work.

Mansioni

• Take incoming booking calls, provide service quotes, and arrange loan cars/collection appointments.
• Raise paperwork/job packs for customer appointments.
• Update vehicle and customer records; support front-line staff with admin duties.
• General admin and filing duties.
