Job summary

Jago Consultants is seeking a highly organised Vehicle Administrator for a prestigious dealership in Poole, with a branch in Salisbury. You will manage vehicle orders, liaise with sales and transaction teams, and ensure accurate documentation.

The role requires at least 1 year in vehicle administration, strong Excel skills, excellent typing and grammar, and the ability to work efficiently during busy periods.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience as Vehicle Administrator essential.
• Main dealership Motor Trade experience required.
• Computer literate is a must.
• Good communicator with strong organisation.
• Flexible in busy periods preferable.

Responsibilities

• Secure both New and Used vehicle orders placed by customers.
• Provide updates to internal and external parties.
• Raise documentation for customers.
• Provide weekly updates to sales staff on current orders.
• Liaise with Transaction Managers for order packs and finance documents.
• Ensure vehicles are paid in full prior to taxing.
• Taxing of both new and used vehicles.
• Register service plans and upload deal files onto M-Store.
