Job summary

Jago Consultants is recruiting for a Service Administrator for a busy multi-franchised dealer in Portslade to support the Aftersales team. The role focuses on handling service bookings, quotes, and front-line administration.

You will need at least 1 year of Service Administrator experience with Kerridge/ADP, strong selling skills, and excellent communication and telephone abilities to promote services and unsold work to customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Service Administrator with Kerridge/ADP.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated and delivery-focused.
• Excellent communication and telephone skills.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming service booking calls and provide quotes.
• Reserve loan cars and arrange collection appointments.
• Prepare paperwork and job packs for appointments.
• Make outbound follow-up calls for VHC and parts bookings.
• Update vehicle and customer records.
• Support front-line staff with administration tasks.
