Job summary

Jago Consultants is seeking an experienced Sales Administrator for a prestigious automotive dealership in the Guildford area. The role requires handling invoicing, stock transfers, and timely communication with the sales team.

The successful candidate will bring proven customer service experience and be highly organised, capable of working independently or within a team. Kerridge ADP knowledge is advantageous for efficient processing and stock control.

Qualifications

Experience as a Sales Administrator or similar role.
Strong customer service skills and professional communication.
Highly organised with good attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Prepare month-end analyses of all sales invoices for commissions and file invoices.
Complete taxation forms for applications and refunds, raising cheques for sign-off as required.
Ensure all sales from stock are withdrawn from stock records and actions taken for vehicle adoption and payment for new vehicles.
Locate sold orders not in stock and arrange transfer and payment, notifying the sales person of any anticipated shortfalls.
Process requests for vehicles to be transferred out with complete documentation, stock removal, and payments received.
Monitor receipt of vehicle deliveries to ensure alignment with orders and update vehicle stock records.
Prepare general correspondence as requested.
