Job summary

Jago Consultants is recruiting for a Service Administrator for a busy multi-franchised dealer in Portslade to support the Aftersales team. The role focuses on handling service bookings, quotes, and front-line administration.

You will need at least 1 year of Service Administrator experience with Kerridge/ADP, strong selling skills, and excellent communication and telephone abilities to promote services and unsold work to customers.

My client is a Multi Franchised Dealer based in Portslade, looking to recruit a Service Administratorto join their busy department.

The role is to work in the Aftersales department and to support the front-line team.

Service Administrator duties will include:

• Taking incoming booking calls, providing service quotes, and reserving loan cars / collection appointments
• Raising paper work / job packs in preparation of customer’s appointments
• Making outbound calls for: VHC follow-up to appoint customers, make booking appointments for specially ordered parts
• Updating vehicle and customer records
• Supporting front-line staff with administration duties

Requirements for the Service Administrator role:

• You will need a minimum of 1 years experience as a Service Administrator with previous experience with Kerridge/ADP
• You will be enthusiastic, self-motivated, and wanting to deliver your best. The role requires someone who has strong selling skills, as you will be required to promote services and previously unsold work to customers.
