Job summary

Evans Halshaw Wrexham Ford is seeking a Vehicle Administrator to ensure all vehicle order information and documentation are accurate, and to manage registration and taxation for new vehicles, delivering a smooth, professional experience for every customer. You’ll work closely with the sales team from initial enquiry through to handover and support the full sales process with precision.

Salary is £26,436.8 basic, plus pension, life assurance and 33 days’ holiday.

Qualifications

• Background in administration in busy environments with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Confidence with Microsoft Excel and daily use of digital systems.
• Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and stay focused while solving problems.
• Keen eye for detail to ensure orders, invoices and documentation are correct.
• Automotive industry experience is advantageous, but others may apply.

Responsibilities

• Ensure vehicle order information and documentation are accurate and up to date.
• Manage registration and taxation for new vehicles, ensuring correct processing.
• Support the sales process from enquiry to handover, delivering a great customer experience.
• Process invoices and register warranties, maintaining compliant records across systems.
