Evans Halshaw Omoda & Jaecoo, Sheffield is recruiting a Sales Administrator to support our busy sales team. You’ll ensure vehicle orders, registrations and handover documentation are completed accurately and on time, providing a smooth, professional experience for every customer.

In this role you will manage registrations and taxation for new vehicles, process invoices and warranties, and help deliver a first-class customer journey from enquiry to handover.

Qualifications

• Strong background in administration in a busy environment where accuracy and speed matter.
• Confident using Microsoft Excel and digital systems for data management, reporting and documentation.
• Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and stay focused while finding solutions quickly.
• Automotive industry experience is advantageous but not required for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all vehicle orders information and documentation are accurate and up to date, contributing to a smooth customer experience.
• Manage registration and taxation for new vehicles, ensuring compliance and accuracy on first time submission.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support the full sales process from enquiry to handover, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Process invoices and register warranties, maintaining up-to-date records across systems.
