You’ll focus on customer care and aftersales, helping maximise revenue through vehicle health checks, service plan sales and value-added products.

In a fast-paced environment you’ll collaborate with technicians, manage courtesy car bookings and appointments, keep customers updated, and build lasting trust by delivering outstanding

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and dealership IT platforms.

Responsibilities

• Act as key contact for service customers from check-in to post-visit follow-up.
• Explain safety-critical repairs, maintenance and manufacturer recommendations.
