Big Motoring World Group in Wimbledon is seeking a Valet Manager to oversee the valeting team, ensuring vehicles are prepared to a high standard before delivery. This hands-on supervisory role involves planning workloads, maintaining quality, and collaborating with workshop and prep teams.

You will lead by example, ensure health and safety compliance, and deliver targets in a fast-paced environment. A Full UK Driving Licence is required, with a competitive salary.

• Experience in a valeting or vehicle preparation environment.
• Experience supervising or leading a team.
• Attention to detail and pride in work quality.
• Ability to plan workloads and meet deadlines.
• Full UK Driving Licence required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the valeting team, allocating workloads and monitoring productivity.
• Ensure vehicles are valeted to standards and completed within timescales.
• Carry out regular quality checks to ensure presentation standards are met.
• Provide training, guidance and support to team members.
• Address performance, attendance and timekeeping issues as required.
• Plan and prioritise workloads to maintain efficient vehicle flow.
• Communicate daily priorities, targets and progress to team and management.
• Report delays, issues or hazards to management.
